Term and Conditions
  • Each show will have the Krishna Raas Vrindavan team performing for a minimum of at least 60 to 90 minutes.
  • Bookings must be made at least 15 to 30 days before the event date.
  • To freeze your event date, pay 50% in advance.
  • Advance not refundable.
  • If the customer cancels the event after the advance has been received, the advance will not be reimbursed.
  • The client will get our requirements within three days of the booking. By Mail or WhatsApp.
  • We are not liable for any form of poor management if the customer fails to meet our requirements.
  • There should not be any form of misbehavior with our crew throughout the event, else the event will be immediately shut down.
  • Any modifications to the event should be communicated to us by the customer at least 15 days in advance (venue, date, city, etc.).
  • Management to supply with first-class hotel (minimum 3 star) accommodation inclusive of all means and soft drinks for our team throughout the travel and stay for the event.
    Our team to have rooms, and access to all outlets, restaurants, including room service.
    Strict Vegetarian Food, without onion, garlic, mushrooms, eggs, meat, and drinks strictly no alcohol beverages and no chocolates.
